What Is an Indoor (Executive) Flag?
What separates an executive flag from an outdoor one is not size but purpose. Outdoor flags are made to withstand wind and sun; executive flags are made to be displayed indoors under protocol. That is why they stand on a floor pole, carry a gold fringe for ceremonial use, and are usually arranged as a pair — the national flag beside an institutional one.
The most common settings are executive offices, meeting and court rooms, embassy reception areas, university protocol halls and corporate boardrooms. In these environments the way a flag looks matters more than how long it survives outdoors.

Which Model Should You Choose?
Three questions settle the choice: do you already have a pole, is it for ceremonial use and do you need a printed logo. The four configurations below cover almost every requirement.
1. Flag only (no pole)
If your office already has a pole and base, replacing only the flag is the most economical option — ideal for worn, faded flags or a change of corporate identity.
2. Complete pole set
Flag, pole and base supplied together. The standard choice for a new office, branch or meeting room; no additional parts are required for installation.
3. Fringed models
A gold fringe adds ceremonial weight. Preferred in protocol rooms, executive offices, courtrooms and official reception areas. Not required for everyday office use.
4. Logo-printed executive flag
Your corporate mark is printed on both sides. Used at trade fairs, corporate receptions, internal ceremonies and dealership openings. Produced to order.
What Determines the Price?
Price differences are driven by four factors:
- Pole included: a flag on its own is the entry option; adding pole and base raises the price noticeably.
- Pole finish: gold-tone poles cost more than chrome.
- Fringe: hand-finished, so it is reflected in the price.
- Logo printing and quantity: custom printing carries setup cost; unit price falls as quantity rises.
Fabric and Pole Selection
Double-layer satin keeps colours deep under indoor lighting and drapes cleanly. The Raschel fabric used for outdoor flags is loosely woven to let wind through and is not suitable for executive display.
On the pole side, stainless, non-tarnishing metal matters. Poorly plated poles dull over time and spoil the look of an executive room. Base weight is also decisive against tipping.
