What Determines the Price of a Turkish Flag?
There is no single price for a Turkish flag. The same design is produced from a 50x75cm balcony flag up to a 20x30 metre civic-square banner, and the gap in material and labour between those two is considerable.
Four factors drive the price:
- Size: fabric consumption rises directly with size. We produce 18 sizes from 50x75cm to 20x30 metres.
- Fabric: Raschel is the economical outdoor option, Alpaca the premium one. Indoor office flags use double-layer satin.
- Product type: outdoor, indoor, desk, handheld, pennant and bunting flags each follow a different production process.
- Quantity: tiered pricing applies to bulk orders; the unit price falls as quantity rises.

Raschel is a 110 gsm knitted polyester. Its open knit lets wind through, dries quickly and opens in even a light breeze — which is why it is the standard fabric for flagpole, balcony and facade display.
Alpaca is a premium double-weave polyester with a heavier hand-feel and a richer surface. It is chosen where the flag should hang cleanly rather than fly: indoor ceremonial spaces, corporate entrances and formal display.
Both fabrics carry the same high-definition digital print. The pigment is bonded into the fibre, so it will not peel or fade in sunlight. The red is the official Pantone 186 C and the flag is produced at the official 2:3 ratio.
Choosing a Size
One rule settles most size questions: the long side of the flag should be one-quarter to one-third of the pole height.
- 70x105cm — the standard size for wall brackets and telescoping wall-mount kits.
- 100x150cm — the most common size overall, and the standard for indoor office flags.
- 200x300cm — for commercial poles around 10 m.
- 300x450cm — stadium, civic square and large institutional poles.
- 400x600cm — monumental scale, for facades that must read from a distance.
These five are the most requested, but the full range runs from 50x75cm to 20x30 metres across 18 sizes.
Which Type Do You Need?
1. Outdoor flag
The classic pole flag in Raschel or Alpaca with a sleeve pocket header. For facades and entrances we also produce a vertical outdoor flag in 110 g Raschel, in four sizes from 50x200cm to 100x400cm. Where there is no pole, the wall-mount telescoping kit (120cm or 150cm, 70x105cm flag included) ships complete in one box.
2. Indoor office flag
What separates an indoor flag from an outdoor one is purpose, not size. It is 100x150cm in double-layer satin with a BSN interliner that gives the flag body and keeps it off the pole, supplied with Velcro attachment and a chrome pole in 220cm or 240cm. A poleless version, fringed or plain, is available for institutions that already own a stand.
3. Desk and handheld flags
The desk flag is 15x22.5cm in double-layer satin on a weighted metal stand, about 33cm total display height, in silver chrome or gold. A logo-printed desk set and a double desk set for protocol tables are also available.
The handheld stick flag is 90 g Raschel with heat-cut edges, pre-mounted on a plastic stick, in five sizes from 15x22.5cm to 50x75cm and packs of 1 to 1,000 units.
4. Pennants and bunting
Pennants are satin polyester with high-definition digital printing, a rigid top tube with end caps and a cord attached to both ends. Three cuts: swallowtail, straight cut and pentagonal — each in eight sizes from 50x100cm to 100x300cm.
Bunting comes as a single 50 metre run of triangular or rectangular flags in 90 g Raschel sewn onto polyester cord (flag size 20x30cm, 30x45cm or 50x75cm), plus a 25 metre fabric bunting. We also produce fringed satin ceremonial pennants, car hood flags and printed supporter scarves.
